Job summary

Brock & Company, Inc. seeks an Executive Chef to lead all food services in a corporate dining environment. The role emphasizes culinary vision, team leadership, and menu development within a Monday–Friday schedule, with weekends and holidays free.

The Executive Chef will oversee purchasing, food production, catering, and administrative duties while driving quality and client satisfaction across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level culinary leadership experience or equivalent.
• Proven ability to develop menus and manage food costs.
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.
• Experience supervising kitchen staff and catering operations.
• Must have ServSafe and Allergen awareness certifications.

Responsibilities

• Directly prepare food and supervise kitchen staff.
• Lead menu development, purchasing, receiving and production.
• Oversee catering events and provide culinary instruction as needed.
• Manage budgeting, reporting and compliance with safety standards.
• Train and coach staff to meet client objectives.
