Position Title: Executive Chef - Corporate Dining

Pay: $15

Salary: $120,000 - $125,000

Job Summary: Working as the Executive Chef for a premier corporate client in NYC, you will be responsible for the success of the culinary program. The Executive Chef will support cafe and executive dining services. This is a client-facing position, and relationship-building skills are necessary. This position offers a desirable Monday through Friday schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational excellence
• Build outstanding relationships with clients
• Manage cost controls and expenditures for the account
• Plan and create all menus
• Purchase and manage inventory
• Roll out new culinary programs in conjunction with marketing and culinary team

Preferred Qualifications:

• Culinary degree preferred
• Three to five years of culinary management experience
• High volume production and catering experience
• Previous experience managing cost controls
• Desire to learn and grow with a top-notch foodservice company
