Iacofano’s Catering & Events is seeking an Executive Chef – Catering/Banquet to lead culinary direction at our North Charleston, SC location. This hands-on role sets standards, guides menu development, and drives profitability across high-volume catering events.

Applicants should bring 7–10 years of progressive kitchen leadership, strong operational discipline, and a passion for quality, teamwork, and client satisfaction within a growing catering operation.

Qualifications

• Culinary school graduate or equivalent professional culinary experience.
• Strong catering or banquet leadership experience.
• Proven ability to develop menus, recipes, and culinary standards.
• Experience managing food and labor costs and vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Design and refine catering menus based on seasonal ingredients, client preferences, and budgets.
• Lead menu development, tastings, and ensure consistency across events.
• Oversee kitchen operations, food safety, and cost controls.
• Recruit, train, and develop culinary team; coach Sous Chefs and cooks.
