Chartwells Higher Ed in Pittsburgh, PA, is seeking an Executive Chef for Carnegie Mellon University. You will oversee all culinary functions for the dining account and lead a team of associates while ensuring safety and sanitation compliance.

Key responsibilities include cost controls, menu planning, inventory management, and launching new culinary programs in collaboration with marketing and the culinary team. A culinary degree and 3–5 years of management experience are preferred.

• High volume production and catering experience is essential.
• Previous experience managing cost controls.

Job Summary

Working as an Executive Chef, you are responsible for overseeing all culinary functions for adining account. You will manage and lead a team of associates and oversee all safety and sanitation as it pertains to the account. Additionally, as part of the culinary team, you will be responsible for the following:
