Chartwells Higher Ed is seeking an Executive Chef to oversee all culinary functions for a dining account and lead a team while ensuring safety and sanitation standards. You will manage costs, develop menus, and coordinate with the culinary team to uphold quality and service across the operation.

The role emphasizes inventory management and rolling out new culinary programs in collaboration with marketing and culinary teams for campus dining environments.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of culinary management experience.
• High volume production and catering experience is essential.
• Culinary degree preferred.

Job Summary

You will manage and lead a team of associates and oversee all safety and sanitation as it pertains to the account. Additionally, as part of the culinary team, you will be responsible for the following:

Preferred Qualifications:

• Culinary degree preferred
• Three to five years of culinary management experience
