Job summary

Brooksby Village by Erickson Senior Living in Peabody, MA, seeks a Senior Campus Executive Chef to lead a multi-venue culinary program serving 1,800+ residents. You’ll drive excellence in high-volume production, quality, safety, and innovation while partnering with F&B leadership to advance dining across seven restaurants and four dining rooms.

You will champion operational excellence, elevate hospitality standards, manage budgets, and mentor culinary teams to deliver outstanding resident

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years Executive Chef experience.
• Fine dining experience a plus.
• Knowledge of ala carte and catering trends with focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls and food presentation
• Good knowledge of PC software and POS systems (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point).

Responsibilities

• Champion a culture of operational excellence across culinary and dining services teams.
• Drive strategic initiatives to elevate resident dining and hospitality standards.
• Partner with executive leadership to develop long-term food and beverage strategies.
• Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and HACCP standards.
• Provide executive oversight of budget, costs, productivity, and waste reduction.
• Engage residents to strengthen satisfaction and dining experience.
