Job summary

Yard House Restaurants in New York seeks a seasoned, salaried restaurant leader to guide daily operations of a high-volume, full-service venue and to uphold our standard of excellence for guests and team members alike.

You will lead and develop teams, ensure consistent food quality, manage systems for smooth service, and drive results while maintaining a strong quality of life with no more than 50 hours a week and two days off.

Qualifications

• Current, salaried management experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant is preferred.
• Strong passion for culinary excellence and guest service.
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams.
• Knowledge of systems, methods, and processes that contribute to great execution.
• Stable job history with upward career and salary progression.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
