Job summary

Yard House Restaurants seeks a seasoned, salaried restaurant leader to oversee daily operations and drive high-quality food and guest service. You will lead the executive team, develop staff, and ensure adherence to established systems and standards across a high-volume, casual dining setting.

Strong leadership and a passion for culinary excellence are essential, with a track record of career progression and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Current, salaried management experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant is preferred.
• Strong passion for culinary excellence and guest service.
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams.
• Knowledge of systems, methods, and processes that contribute to great execution.
• Stable job history with upward career progression.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
