Job summary

Watermark Retirement Communities is seeking a seasoned culinary leader for our senior living kitchens in the San Jose area. The role emphasizes managing culinary operations, staff, and guest satisfaction in a premium dining setting.

The ideal candidate will have a four-year track record in culinary/kitchen leadership, fine dining and catering experience, plus ServSafe certification. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email, and e-commerce tools is required.

Qualifications

• Two year A.O.S. degree in culinary arts or equivalent
• Four years of progressive culinary/kitchen experience
• Four years of management or supervisory experience
• Fine dining experience
• Catering experience
• Proficiency with computers including Microsoft Office suite, email, and e-commerce based tools
• ServSafe certified
