Job summary

Watermark Retirement Communities is seeking a Dining Services Supervisor to lead our dining team in a senior living environment. You will train and mentor staff, oversee back-of-house and front-of-house operations, and strive to maintain high resident satisfaction.

The role requires 2 years of waitstaff experience (preferred), a high school diploma, knowledge of dining etiquette and sanitation, and strong leadership and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 2 years prior experience as a waitperson in a full service restaurant preferred.
• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have knowledge of proper dining room etiquette and food sanitation and safety.
• Must have the ability to supervise and coordinate with others.
• Outstanding customer service experience.

Compensation: $22.00 per hour paid bi-weekly
