Monarch Communities is seeking an Executive Chef in Alabama to lead the culinary services for a senior living community. You will oversee menu planning, production, HACCP compliance, and mentor staff to deliver nutritious, well-plated meals.
This full-time, on-site role offers a salary range of $70,000–$75,000 per year plus benefits, with occasional weekend duties as Manager on Duty and opportunities to influence resident satisfaction through quality service.

The Executive Chef will report to the Executive Director. The Culinary Services Director is an exempt, salaried position.
Salary Range: $70,000 - $75,000 Yearly
Responsible for the successful day-to-day operations of the culinary services department. Ensure resident satisfaction by delivering a variety of food options that are nutritious and well plated.
