• Proven track record as Executive Chef in upscale or seafood-focused venues.
• Ability to lead a culinary team and manage cost controls.
• Strong palate and creativity in menu planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen operations and menu development for an upscale seafood concept.
• Ensure consistent quality, presentation, and safety standards across all menus.
• Manage food costs, labor, and supplier relationships to maximize profitability.
