Job description

Position Overview:

You will be responsible for the efficient running of the Food and Beverage division in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, while meeting employee, guest, and owner expectations. The Executive Chef functions as the Production Manager for the Food and Beverage Department, ensuring that all outlets and banquets operate successfully, in accordance with hotel standards and profitability goals.

Qualifications:
  • Ideally holds an apprenticeship or professional diploma in Food Production.
  • Minimum of 2 years work experience as an Executive Chef or Executive Sous Chef in a larger operation.
  • Possesses good practical, operational, and administrative skills, with a flair for creativity.
