Qualifications

  • 4+ years of kitchen management experience
  • 5+ years of cooking experience
  • College degree or certification in culinary or hospitality field preferred
  • Strong knowledge of sanitation standards and proper food preparation and presentation
  • Ability to understand and meet financial goals
  • Effective communication skills with the public and team members
  • Proven leadership and training abilities in a diverse workforce
  • Willingness to set high standards in the kitchen by leading example
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 100 pounds
  • Flexibility to work extended hours in humid or extreme temperatures as needed
