Craft the culinary identity of UCF! As Executive Chef, you'll lead the kitchen with innovation, precision, and creativity—guiding the team to produce bold flavors and unforgettable experiences. You’ll oversee menu development, kitchen operations, and culinary excellence from prep to plate.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of leadership experience in a high-volume kitchen
• ServSafe Certification or ability to obtain
• Proficiency in culinary software and Microsoft Office

• Lead culinary team in daily operations and strategic planning
