SALMON at Northborough is seeking an Executive Chef to play a pivotal role in overseeing the culinary operations at Whitney Place Assisted Living and Beaumont Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Center, ensuring that all food served meets the highest standards of quality and presentation.

This position requires a creative leader who can design innovative menus that cater to diverse tastes while adhering to dietary restrictions and preferences. The Executive Chef will also be responsible for managing kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative environment, and ensuring that all team members are trained in best practices for food safety and sanitation. Additionally, the role involves budgeting and inventory management to optimize food costs and minimize waste.

Minimum Requirements

• Three years' cooking experience, one year in a supervisory capacity
• Knowledge of therapeutic diets
• Knowledge of institutional cooking
  
  

Prior Experience In a Senior Living Community Preferred
