Experience and Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years' experience as an Executive Chef in high-volume, full-service restaurants.
- Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Flexible and adaptable to ongoing changes.
- Proven ability to inspire, motivate, and develop employees.
- Strong track record in building high-performing teams.
- Professional communication skills with guests, employees, and ownership.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Serve as the main point of contact for BOH, available for communication with Director Team and Ownership.
- Maintain flexible scheduling and establish a weekly work schedule.
- Be trained on Paylocity Scheduler and assist with troubleshooting.
- Manage vendor relationships and communicate issues to Purchasing.
- Maintain food cost and labor cost trackers.
- Oversee BOH inventory, payroll, and staff reviews.
- Ensure policies, cleanliness, and team respect are upheld.
- Collaborate with FOH and other leaders for efficient operations.
- Take steps to eliminate overtime and keep training materials up to date.
