Cadillac Hotel & Beach Club in Miami Beach is seeking an Executive Chef to oversee culinary operations, menu development, and food quality, inspiring a high-performing kitchen team in a luxury oceanfront setting.

You will manage culinary strategy, uphold sanitation standards, and drive guest satisfaction while achieving financial goals and cost control across all F&B outlets.

Qualifications

• 4+ years kitchen management experience.
• 5+ years cooking experience.
• College degree or certification in culinary/hospitality preferred.
• Good working knowledge of sanitation standards and proper preparation and presentation of F&B.
• Ability to understand financial goals and accomplish them.
• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members.
• Proven ability to effectively lead and train a diverse workforce.
• Willingness to set a high standard in the kitchen through leading by example.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 100 pounds.
• Ability to work extended hours when business necessitates in humid and/or extreme temperatures.
