We are bringing back authentic cuisine and great vibes under one roof. Slated for a 2022 launch, HAKA will open in Hicksville, Long Island’s hottest neighborhood and we want you to come on board. Serving a diverse, inspired menu in our glittering restaurant this is the only place you will want to be. The look and feel of HAKA - New York will be glamorous and opulent. The food will have influence by Asia. From lunch through to late night you will want to be part of the team in this vibrant, high-energy atmosphere serving exceptional food and drink.
We are looking for a Executive Chef to join the team at HAKA. As Executive Chef, you will be priding yourself on pace and attention to detail, whilst creating a wide selection of dishes using the best ingredients and delivering exceptional quality for our guests.

You must have experience with Asian cuisine

Hiring Qualifications:
  • Culinary degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience as a working Lead Chef position
  • Understands and has a keen interest in food trends, specifically in Asian-inspired cuisine.
  • Must be driven by quality, producing world-class dishes.
  • Have had previous success in a fast-paced working environment.
  • Need to be highly organized and work well under pressure.
