We are looking for a qualified hospitality leader to be our Executive Chef.

The Executive Chef oversees all food service operations within the hotel, manages kitchen staff, and ensures high-quality product and service within brand, company, and budget standards.

Essential Functions:
  • Supervise kitchen staff and food preparation to ensure standards are met
  • Manage staffing and scheduling for kitchen areas
  • Maintain adequate food supplies and proper storage
  • Ensure sanitation and proper maintenance of kitchen equipment
  • Ensure menu variety within budgetary limits
  • Train kitchen personnel
  • Monitor food quality, presentation, and portion sizes
  • Prepare for service and coordinate orders
  • Uphold sanitation standards and equipment maintenance
  • Provide excellent guest service and team support
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Fluent in English, with effective communication skills
  • Adhere to health and safety standards
  • Operate kitchen machinery safely and effectively
  • Maintain professional appearance
  • Follow instructions and work independently
  • Flexible with work hours, including holidays
Physical Demands:
  • Stand for long periods, handle food and equipment, and lift over 25 pounds
  • Work in hot and cold environments, and use senses of sight, taste, smell, and hearing
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
