Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar leadership role in hotel/restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, safety standards & kitchen management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Experience with budgeting and cost control preferred.

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Executive Chef to oversee all culinary operations, inspire our kitchen team, and deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests.
