Job summary

Culinary Dropout is seeking an Executive Chef in Franklin, TN to lead high-volume restaurant operations and guest experiences. The role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and the ability to manage shifts and schedules while maintaining quality and hospitality in a fast-paced setting.

• Ensure product quality and restaurant cleanliness.
• Coach, lead and develop restaurant team.
• Understand flavors, aromas, and characteristics of food ingredients.
• Perform calmly and effectively in a high-volume environment.
• Manage on-the-fly requests with poise.
• Understand POS systems and OpenTable or other digital reservations.
• Demonstrate strong business operations awareness.
