Are you a culinary professional looking to showcase your skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment? As an Executive Chef, you will have the opportunity to lead a talented culinary team, develop creative menus, and ensure an exceptional dining experience for our members and guests.

Daily Responsibilities

  • Menu planning and development to create unique and appealing dishes
  • Food cost management to ensure profitability and budget adherence
  • Kitchen management to oversee operations and maintain high standards
  • Food quality control to deliver consistently excellent dishes
  • Culinary management to lead and mentor kitchen staff

Required Skills

  • Experience in back of house operations
  • Expertise in banquet catering and menu development
  • Strong knowledge of labor cost management
  • Proficiency in food handling and preparation
  • Certification in ServSafe and knowledge of food safety standards

Nice To Have Skills

  • Experience in culinary arts and food service management
  • Knowledge of sanitation practices and HACCP principles
  • Understanding of nutrition and dietary requirements

Salary And Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from $52,290 to $73,650 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition, we offer health insurance, vacation leave, and paid time off to our employees.
