Job summary

Villa Roma Resort & Conference Center in Callicoon, NY seeks a professional Private Driver to provide safe, punctual transportation for our executive team and guests in the New York City metropolitan area and between NYC and the resort. You will plan routes, maintain vehicles, manage fuel, tolls and parking accounts, assist with luggage, and coordinate with approved vendors.

A clean NYS license and five years driving experience are required, with three years in NYC metro area.

Qualifications

• Valid New York State driver’s license in good standing.
• Clean driving record with no major violations in the past several years.
• Minimum five years of professional driving experience.
• At least three years of driving in the New York City metropolitan area.

Responsibilities

• Transport designated executives, ownership, and guests between residences, offices, airports, rail terminals, meeting venues, and the resort.
• Plan routes in advance and adjust for traffic, weather, and road conditions.
• Keep vehicles immaculate, fueled, and mechanically sound; coordinate maintenance and inspections.
• Assist passengers with luggage and manage parking, tolls, and fuel accounts with discretion.
