Job summary

DealHub Ltd. is partnering with a leading private equity sponsor to appoint a Chief Financial Officer for an industrial manufacturing platform HQed on the West Coast.

The sponsor aims for an exit in 12-18 months and seeks a hands-on, high-impact CFO to elevate the finance function. The incoming CFO will partner with the CEO and investors to upgrade capabilities, strengthen financial discipline, and position the business for growth and an imminent exit.

Qualifications

• CFO or senior finance leader with multi-site manufacturing experience
• Experience in private equity-backed environments and partnering with investors and Boards
• Experience assessing, building, and upgrading finance teams and infrastructure
• Strong operational finance capabilities: performance, reporting, forecasting, and financial discipline
• Experience supporting a sale or exit is strongly preferred
• Hands-on leadership style with ability to operate strategically and tactically

Responsibilities

• Assess and strengthen the finance organization across multiple sites, rebuilding/upgrading as needed
• Enhance financial reporting, controls, forecasting, and visibility for better decision-making
• Lead FP&A, budgeting, cash flow, and working capital management with a focus on operational performance
• Partner with operational leadership to drive accountability and identify value opportunities
• Support the business through its growth phase and prepare for an anticipated exit
• Act as a strategic partner to CEO, Board, and investors while remaining hands-on in day-to-day finance
