University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) seeks an Executive Director to serve as the Chief Financial Officer of the UCSF Foundation. You will lead finance, accounting, treasury, and tax for UCSF Foundation entities and related endowment operations, directing a complex, multi-entity non-profit environment.

You will collaborate with senior leadership, ensure strong internal controls, and modernize financial systems to support UCSF’s mission of advancing health sciences and discovery.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 10+ years in complex accounting
• GASB/FASB guidance knowledge in accounting and financial reporting
• Supervisory experience in complex nonprofit finance and accounting functions
• Advanced knowledge of financial policies, fund accounting, and budgeting

Responsabilidades

• Direct finance, accounting, and financial reporting for UCSF Foundation entities
• Oversee treasury, tax compliance, and short-term investments in line with campus strategy
• Collaborate with senior leadership and board committees on financial oversight and controls
