• 10+ years of experience supporting C-suite executives or senior leadership teams in high-growth startups.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex calendars for multiple executives and prioritize meetings.
• Anticipate scheduling conflicts and implement operational solutions.
• Prepare executives for meetings by organizing materials and drafting agendas.
