Secco Squared is a growing performance marketing company based in New York City. We operate in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where strong relationships, collaboration, accountability, and execution are central to our success.
We’re a close-knit team with ambitious growth plans, and we believe that creating a positive, engaging workplace is just as important as delivering strong business results.
As we continue to expand, we’re looking for an exceptional individual who can work closely with our CEO while playing an important role in our company’s operations, employee experience, and culture.
About the Role
We’re seeking a highly organized, proactive, personable, and energetic Executive Business Partner & Employee Experience Manager to serve as a trusted right hand to our CEO.
This is a unique opportunity for someone who excels at executive support, enjoys working with people, and takes pride in making things happen.
The ideal candidate is someone who naturally anticipates needs, stays ahead of priorities, and thrives on bringing organization and structure to a busy executive’s professional and personal life.
Equally important, we’re looking for someone who brings positive energy to the workplace, builds meaningful relationships with employees, and helps create an environment where people feel connected, appreciated, and excited to come to work.
This role combines high-level executive and personal support, employee engagement, onboarding and offboarding coordination, and business operations.
We’re not looking for someone who simply follows instructions or manages a calendar. We’re looking for someone who takes ownership, thinks ahead, solves problems, and becomes an indispensable part of our team.
