About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Executive Business Partner to join our dynamic, fast-growing organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is a natural problem solver, and enjoys supporting senior leaders across two mission-driven companies with shared leadership. You’ll work closely with the Director of Operations and senior executive team, gaining exposure to both public and private sector business functions. While previous experience is helpful, we are open to training the right person if your ownership, initiative, and desire to help the company are strong.

What You’ll Do
  • Support the senior executive team with calendar management, travel booking, and meeting coordination across two businesses
  • Assist in basic office management and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Create business development decks and generate key business documents such as SOWs, employment contracts, and more
  • Prepare for internal events such as team all-hands and company-wide meetings
  • Help draft and coordinate internal communications
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure high levels of discretion in all aspects of work

  • Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information
  • A proactive, self-starter attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow
  • Familiarity with Google Suite, Asana, spreadsheets, and the creation of external-facing documents and decks
Nice to Have
  • Previous experience in an Executive Business Partner, Chief of Staff, Executive Assistant or Operations role

Salary:

$60,000-$85,000 a year depending on previous experience.
