Job description

Premier Sport Psychology is looking for an experienced, highly organized professional to provide executive-level administrative and operational support to our leadership team.

This role is ideal for someone who loves creating order, anticipating needs, keeping people organized, and making sure important commitments don’t fall through the cracks.

You’ll work closely with members of Premier’s executive team, helping manage priorities, schedules, communication, client and business‑development follow‑up, presentations, and the many details that allow leaders to stay focused on their highest-value work.

This position may primarily support one executive while also providing support to other members of the executive team as organizational needs evolve.

What You’ll Do
Keep Executives Organized and Ahead
  • Help manage priorities, deadlines, commitments, meetings, and follow‑up.
  • Maintain visibility into outstanding tasks and next steps.
  • Anticipate needs and proactively surface items requiring attention.
  • Create simple systems and processes that improve organization and follow‑through.
  • Help protect executive time for strategy, leadership, client work, and business development.
Manage Calendars, Meetings and Logistics
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings across multiple stakeholders.
  • Manage calendars, scheduling conflicts, invitations, meeting materials, locations, and virtual‑meeting logistics.
  • Help prioritize meeting and scheduling requests.
  • Prepare agendas and track action items and follow‑up when appropriate.
  • Coordinate travel, reservations, expenses, registrations, and other logistics.
Support Communication and Follow‑Through
  • Help organize executive email, Teams messages, and other communication channels as appropriate.
  • Draft routine communications, follow‑up messages, and meeting correspondence.
  • Track commitments to employees, clients, prospects, and external partners.
  • Coordinate communication between executives and internal teams.
  • Make sure questions, requests, and action items reach the right person and continue moving forward.
Support Clients, Business Development and Presentations
  • Coordinate follow‑up with prospective clients, strategic relationships, and business‑development contacts.
  • Help executives prepare for client meetings, workshops, speaking engagements, and presentations.
  • Organize background information, notes, presentation materials, and supporting documents.
  • Coordinate between‑session client follow‑up and deliverables.
  • Help leaders stay ahead of upcoming client commitments and major presentations.
Support the Leadership Team
  • Coordinate communication and follow‑up between executives and other organizational leaders.
  • Support leadership meetings, development conversations, and internal initiatives.
  • Track leadership‑related commitments and action items.
  • Assist with special projects and cross‑functional priorities.
Handle Administrative Details
  • Coordinate professional memberships, certifications, registrations, forms, and renewals.
  • Maintain organized electronic files and executive resources.
  • Assist with limited logistical or personal administrative needs that directly support executive effectiveness.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify recurring administrative work.
What Success Looks Like

You are successful in this role when:

  • Important details and commitments rarely fall through the cracks.
  • Executives know what needs their attention and what is already being handled.
  • Meetings, client engagements, and presentations are well organized and prepared.
  • Follow‑up happens consistently and on time.
  • Administrative work requires less executive involvement.
  • Communication across the organization becomes easier and more efficient.
  • Executive leaders have more time to focus on clients, people, strategy, growth, and decision‑making.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience providing high‑level administrative, executive, or operational support in a fast‑paced professional environment.
  • Experience supporting senior executives or organizational leaders strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional organization, prioritization, and follow‑through.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent judgment and discretion when working with confidential information.
  • Ability to independently manage multiple priorities and changing deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail without losing sight of the bigger picture.
  • Confidence interacting with employees, executives, clients, and external partners.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Word, and similar productivity tools.
  • Ability to learn new technology and systems quickly.
You’ll Probably Love This Role If You Are…
  • Proactive and naturally think a few steps ahead.
  • Highly organized.
  • Resourceful and comfortable figuring things out.
  • Calm when priorities change.
  • Someone who takes ownership rather than waiting to be told what to do.
  • Professional, approachable, and relationship‑oriented.
  • Comfortable operating in an environment that continues to evolve.
  • Good at knowing what is urgent, what is important, and what can wait.
  • Equally comfortable coordinating a strategic initiative and handling a small administrative detail.
  • Someone people trust with sensitive information.

Anticipated starting compensation: $80,000–$110,000 annually, depending on experience, qualifications, and the scope of the role.

Premier offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, dental/vision insurance, retirement plan, paid time off, paid holidays, and other benefits available to eligible employees.
