Job summary

Solidus Labs seeks a Social Media Manager in New York to lead the organic social program for fintech risk and surveillance solutions. You will build presence on LinkedIn, X, Reddit, Telegram, and Discord, partnering with the founder and executives to shape authentic voices.

You will work with Marketing, Sales, and Leadership to translate conversations into brand impact and pipeline signals, while ghostwriting and advising on appearances across channels. Hybrid NYC role reporting to Growth.

Qualifications

• 4+ years growing corporate and executive brands on social media in finance, crypto, or AI.
• Experience ghostwriting for executives, capturing a distinct voice across multiple people.
• Experience editing video, audio, and written content (event interviews, podcasts, etc.).
• Experience building an audience or community from scratch in a niche or emerging space.
• Experience engaging communities directly through social media.
• Comfortable defining and tracking meaningful engagement in a small audience.
• Genuine curiosity to get fluent fast in technical, regulatory-heavy subject matter.

Responsibilities

• Run Solidus's organic presence — content, voice, and posting cadence — across LinkedIn, X, and other channels.
• Ghostwrite in executives' voice, shaping positioning and cadence for posts.
• Monitor and participate in threads and discussions about Solidus, their market, and competitors across relevant platforms.
