Job summary

Cella by Randstad Digital is seeking an experienced Corporate Brand Project Manager to lead a high-visibility brand integration initiative, coordinating two established brands. The role interfaces with senior leadership, brand and marketing teams, and creative partners to drive the integration forward.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of project management experience in branding and can manage competing priorities with executive-level stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience in branding/marketing or related environment.
• Experience managing high-profile cross-functional projects with C-suite stakeholders.
• Experience with brand development, brand integration, mergers, or organizational change is preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication and executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management for a complex corporate brand integration between two brands.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Serve as primary PM contact across executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Prepare executive-ready status updates, presentations, and meeting materials.
• Manage multiple workstreams with high level of detail and accountability.
• Establish structure and processes for a fast-moving brand initiative.
