This is a contract remote role for an Executive Board Member. The Executive Board Member will be responsible for providing strategic advice and oversight, participating in board meetings, collaborating with other board members, and contributing to the overall governance and strategic direction of the organization. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing financial and operational reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and supporting the executive team in implementing company goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in strategic planning, governance, and oversight
• Strong understanding of financial management and regulatory compliance
• Ability to collaborate effectively with board members and executive team
• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
• Experience in the financial services or fintech industry is a plus
