Job summary

Lincoln Financial is seeking an experienced actuary to support pricing for Executive Benefits products, including COLI/BOLI and PPLI. You will develop models, set assumptions, and perform profitability analyses while coordinating with product management, risk, and leadership.

You will maintain pricing tools, support regulatory compliance, and contribute to special projects across finance and enterprise risk. A strong technical background and collaboration across teams are essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in actuarial positions.
• FSA credential preferred.
• MG-ALFA modeling experience preferred; Andesa familiarity a plus.
• Strong technical skills.
• Comfort communicating across teams and levels of seniority.

Responsibilities

• Perform pricing analysis for new/ redesigned EB contracts, including COLI/BOLI and PPLI.
• Determine assumptions and modeling of new product features.
• Develop pricing strategies and advise on actuarial models and risk issues.
• Collaborate with product development and distribution on design to meet profitability/sales goals.
• Run complex pricing models using MG-ALFA and Andesa; present results to stakeholders.
