Job Summary:
As part of ALM First’s rapidly expanding Executive Benefits Solutions team, the Executive Benefits Consultant role is essential to the firm’s growth, driven by the success of its innovative programs for credit union, banking, university, and healthcare executives. The Executive Benefits Consultant is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with financial institutions and other industries while providing education and tailored solutions for executive benefit programs such as Supplemental Executive Retirement Plans (SERPs). This position supports ALM First’s mission of delivering exceptional service and driving business growth by expanding its presence within the financial services sector and broadening into new market sectors, including healthcare and higher education.
This role involves generating new business, consulting on plan design, and supporting clients with a high level of professionalism and expertise. By collaborating with internal teams, educating leaders, and building relationships, the consultant will play a critical role in the growth and success of ALM First’s Executive Benefits team.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for new business, client relations, and providing education to organizations about Supplemental Executive Retirement Plans (SERPs).

Language Skills:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and team members.
