Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive legal research to support transaction preparation and strategy.
• Draft memos, contracts, and client correspondence.
• Assist in managing complex transactions from inception to resolution.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and respond to concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative transaction strategies.
• Participate in client calls and meetings.
• Ensure compliance with applicable legal standards and regulations.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance legal knowledge.
• Contribute to firm programs and pro bono work.
