Qualifications

• 3 years of corporate experience.
• AmLaw 100 firm experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
• Produce timely, accurate, high-quality work products.
• Manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support transactions.
• Draft well-reasoned legal documents, including memos and contracts.
• Assist in managing complex transactions from inception to resolution.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with timely support and advice.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative transaction strategies.
• Participate in client meetings and negotiations at a high level.
• Ensure compliance with legal standards and stay updated on precedents.
• Engage in professional development to enhance knowledge and skills.
• Contribute to firm programs and civic organizations, including pro bono work.
