Qualifications

• JD degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice in Delaware (bar admission).
• 3 years of corporate experience in a law firm environment.
• Experience with AmLaw 100 firms preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
• Produce timely, accurate, high‑quality work products.
• Manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support transaction preparation.
• Draft memos and contracts with precision.
• Assist in managing complex transactions from inception to resolution.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional interaction.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative transaction strategies.
• Participate in client meetings, negotiations and other high-level activities.
• Ensure compliance with legal standards and stay updated on precedents.
• Engage in professional development to enhance legal and leadership skills.
