Qualifications

• JD (LLM in Tax and/or Employee Benefits Certificate preferred) and admitted to practice in relevant state.
• 2+ years of direct AmLaw 100 firm experience preferred.
• Strong research and writing skills with attention to detail and business judgment.

Responsibilities

• Legal research to support transaction preparation and strategy.
• Draft memos, contracts, and correspondence with clear, error-free writing.
• Assist/manage complex transactions from inception to resolution.
• Maintain client relationships with timely updates and professional conduct.
• Collaborate with lawyers and professionals to develop transaction strategies.
• Attend client calls, meetings, and negotiations; support high-level legal activities.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and firm policies.
• Pursue ongoing training and development to enhance legal skills.
