The role requires 7+ years in F&B management (or 5+ in banquet management), strong leadership, and solid financial interpretation skills. Collaboration across departments is essential for success and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in food and beverage management.
• 7+ years of F&B management experience, including event operations and multi-outlet oversight.
• Ability to interpret financial and operational data into an actionable plan.
• Ability to translate event orders into banquet operations.
• Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, MS Office).
• Effective time management and prioritization skills.
• Knowledge of employment laws and compliant operation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all banquet and catering operations, planning to execution at a full-service property.
• Coordinate activities of food and beverage staff to deliver quality products and service.
• Interview, select and train F&B staff for an efficient operation.
• Lead pre-shift and departmental meetings; schedule and direct team in their assignments.
• Verify payroll hours and tip calculations on a weekly basis.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure seamless event delivery.
• May train employees in alcohol handling and sanitation; conduct large-group trainings.
