Miami University seeks an Associate Director for the Wilks Institute of Leadership & Service within the Student Leadership and Greek Life division. This role reports to the Director and guides leadership and community engagement, supervising three Assistant Directors and supporting additional staff.

The incumbent collaborates with students, advisors, and local organizations to foster belonging and leadership growth across campus.

Qualifications

• Requires a Master’s degree prior to start date.
• 3–5+ years in Student Affairs or Higher Education.

Responsabilités

• Exercise collaborative leadership within the LFSL team to coordinate leadership and community engagement activities.
• Lead development and execution of leadership retreats and workshops for diverse student communities.
• Represent the LFSL team on campus committees supporting civic and engagement initiatives.
• Develop and manage policy for website and social media usage with LFSL offices.
• Teach EDL 290 or similar course on a yearly basis.
• Supervise three Assistant Directors, 1 Graduate Assistant or Intern, and up to 10 undergraduate staff.
• Participate actively in Student Life and University Committees.
