The Executive Associate, IT enables effective leadership and execution across the IT DX organization by driving strategic coordination, executive communications, and governance. Your expertise:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required; a degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • 5–8+ years of experience in consulting, project/program management, or similar roles in complex, enterprise environments (preferably in IT or digital transformation contexts).
  • Strong ability to structure complex topics, synthesize information, and drive clear, actionable outcomes.

The base pay range for this position is:

$128,480 - $176,660

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
