The ideal candidate has experience supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced business environment and brings strong coordination, communication, organization, and problem-solving capabilities. Experience in engineering, construction, manufacturing, semiconductor, technology, or other operationally complex environments is highly preferred.

  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Anticipate the GM’s needs and proactively prepare materials, reminders, information, and follow-up items.
Project Coordination & Operational Support
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects and operational initiatives assigned by the GM.
  • Track project progress, timelines, deliverables, decisions, and outstanding action items across departments and project teams.
  • Follow up with internal teams, department leaders, vendors, and external partners to obtain updates and maintain accountability.
  • Maintain project trackers, status summaries, schedules, and action-item logs.
  • Identify potential delays, communication gaps, or outstanding issues and escalate them to the GM when appropriate.
  • Support operational reviews, project meetings, business initiatives, and other GM priorities.
  • Assist with improving workflows, reporting processes, meeting structures, and internal coordination.
  • Compile relevant information, updates, and supporting data to assist the GM with business and operational decisions.
Communication & Stakeholder Coordination
  • Serve as a professional liaison between the GM, internal departments, project teams, vendors, clients, partners, and other external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate communication across cross-functional and multicultural teams.
  • Draft and distribute meeting follow-ups, business updates, internal communications, and other correspondence as needed.
  • Maintain professional and responsive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support communication and coordination during changing priorities, urgent requests, and time-sensitive matters.
  • Ensure key decisions, requests, deadlines, and action items are communicated to the appropriate teams.
Administrative, Reporting & Documentation Support
  • Prepare reports, presentations, data summaries, trackers, and other materials for management review.
