Job summary

Amazon in Seattle, WA is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Vice President of Worldwide Fulfillment by Amazon. The role handles confidential information, multi-location calendars, travel coordination, and event planning across domestic and international scopes.

The Worldwide Fulfillment by Amazon organization is looking for an Executive Assistant who wants to work in a fast-paced, exciting, and growing organization. We are looking for someone to support the Vice President of our Worldwide Fulfillment by Amazon team in Seattle, Washington. This Executive Assistant will be responsible for handling confidential information and maintaining professionalism in dealing with senior executives. Role responsibilities include managing multiple complex calendars, planning and organizing events of all sizes, and coordinating domestic and international travel. This candidate will help build a positive team environment and establish working relationships inside and outside of the group.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
