• Support day-to-day treasury activities including banking, cash management, and related financial transactions.
• Assist with bank account administration, cash activity, and treasury documentation.
• Provide administrative support to executive leadership and help coordinate meetings and schedules.
• Attend board meetings and accurately capture and prepare meeting minutes.
