Freddie Mac seeks an Executive Assistant to support the Executive Director of Coalition Life. This remote role requires strong organizational skills, professionalism, and experience in managing schedules and donor relations. Ideal candidates will thrive in a dynamic environment, supporting both professional and some personal tasks for the ED.
The Executive Assistant supports the Executive Director (ED) of Coalition Life by organizing communication, stewarding donor relationships, and coordinating priorities. Based remotely in Chicago, this role keeps the ED focused on high-impact tasks by managing both internal requests and external engagements with professionalism, discretion, and mission alignment.
This individual reports to the Director of Stewardship while directly assisting the Executive Director. While not in a management or coordination role over departments, the assistant is responsible for tracking incoming needs across departments and ensuring the ED receives timely, summarized priorities.
Additionally, this role contributes to stewardship and donor relations, including assisting with donor communication, tax credit processing, and meeting follow-up. The ideal candidate will be both ministry-minded and highly organized, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while supporting the ED in both professional and limited personal scheduling matters.
