UW Medicine’s Ambulatory Executive Office in Seattle is seeking a full-time Executive Assistant to support the Chief Ambulatory Officer (CAO) and Chief Nursing Officer (CNO). The role ensures smooth department operations through confidential, professional executive support.
You will independently plan, coordinate, and implement policies, manage the executive calendar, arrange meetings and events, and liaise with UW leadership and stakeholders.
