About The Role
We’re seeking a high-performing Executive Assistant to support our Founder & CEO, Feross Aboukhadijeh. You will help keep Feross focused on scaling our innovative company, facilitating communication, managing schedules, and removing obstacles to progress. This is a remote role requiring residency in San Francisco, CA, with occasional travel.

What You’ll Do

  1. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management and communication handling.
  2. Coordinate complex scheduling across multiple time zones with internal teams, investors, and partners.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
  4. Arrange domestic and international travel, including itineraries and documentation.
  5. Support logistics for board meetings, executive sessions, and all-hands events.
  6. Track strategic initiatives and manage special projects.
  7. Facilitate communication between the CEO and key stakeholders.
  8. Assist with personal tasks and logistics to help the CEO stay organized.
  9. Anticipate needs and proactively address potential obstacles.
  10. Support the planning and execution of corporate events and speaking engagements.

What You’ll Bring

  • At least 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, supporting C-suite executives, preferably in SaaS or technology.
  • Proven ability to manage complex calendars and coordinate with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, and video conferencing tools.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive problem-solving attitude and decision-making skills.
  • Highly organized, resourceful, and forward-thinking.
