We’re hiring an Executive Assistant to the CEO to keep the CEO focused on Duolingo’s highest priorities and ensure their days run smoothly. You’ll lead complex calendar stewardship, coordinate mission‑critical logistics, and partner closely with the Office of the CEO to create clarity, flow, and follow‑through across internal and external engagements. This is an in‑person role with regular collaboration across executive leaders and EAs.
Salary Range: $152,000 — $228,000 USD.
