RiseMe is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Police Department leadership. Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; two years of progressively responsible office experience preferred.
  • Ability to maintain relationships with diverse individuals, including public officials and the public.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of modern office administration and grammar; proficient with standard software.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the executive’s calendar, appointments and travel arrangements.
  • Review and prepare correspondence, reports, and documents for executive action.
  • Prepare council agenda cover sheets, summaries and attachments for distribution.
  • Create meeting agendas, take minutes, and handle follow-up materials.
  • Maintain confidential files and information with discretion; liaise with officials and staff.
